The centre is established to improve service quality for customers of Mobifone in the provinces of Long An, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
The centre has a network of more than 2,000 base transceiver stations, 500 agencies and 13,000 retail points. It earned a turnover of more than VND4.2 trillion last year; the figure is estimated at over VND2.5 trillion in 2011.
