(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Association of Former Youth Volunteers has recently visited the family of Mr. To Truong Phong, a former volunteer soldier to present over VND 7 million to his family to overcome damages caused by fire accident on February 27 in Bien Hoa city. His family was extremely poor. Phong’s family was among five fire-affected families. The fire caused financial problems and difficulty to his family.
