(ĐN)- National Assembly deputies of Dong Nai province including Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong and Chairman of the Provincial Labour Union Huynh Tan Kiet on Friday met with voters in Bien Hoa city’s Tan Bien ward to hear their concerns.
Voters in Tan Bien ward proposed the provincial authorities promptly consider and improve solutions on compensation for land clearance in Nhon Trach Water Supply Project and Tan Bien Resettlement Area Project. They also complained about the degraded condition of the part of Highway 1A that runs through Tan Bien ward which was flooded with rainwater due to poor drainage system, causing difficulties in transportation and and other matters.

Earlier on Thursday, Mr. Le Hong Phuong and Mr. Huynh Tan Kiet held meetings with voters in Long Thanh district’s Bau Can commune and 12 communes of Nhon Trach district.
Poverty reduction policies, construction of dumping sites and other matters were the most concerns of local voters. They also asked the local government to increase investment in rural infrastructure, communal medical stations….
Also at the meertings, delegates and representatives of local authorities answered questions and comments raised by the voters. Standing Deputy Secretary Le Hong Phuong urged the authorities of the two districts to pay attention to solve problems of local people. The NA delegates promised that they would work with provincial authorities to find a solution to the urgent issues and give people reasonable answers to pressing problems.
