Traffic accidents in province are mostly caused by carelessness and poor awareness on the part of drivers.
Dong Nai traffic police punished more than 32,000 violators during the month with total fines of over VND8.6 billion. This is claimed to be a decrease of over 4,0000 in the number of violations compared to a month earlier.
