Particularly, hazardous waste landfill sites to be located in the six districts of Thong Nhat, Vinh Cuu, Cam My, Xuan Loc, Tan Phu and Dinh Quan will be planned for a total area of 290 hectares of land. Currently, some landfill sites are under construction in Thong Nhat, Long Thanh and Vinh Cuu districts.
There are 43 rubbish dumps in Dong Nai, most of them have become overloaded and caused serious pollution.
