(ĐN)- Recently, Long Khanh town’s Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Long Khanh Regional General Hospital provided free eye check-ups to more than 800 poor people, policy beneficiaries and disabled people living in the town.
(ĐN)- Recently, Long Khanh town’s Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Long Khanh Regional General Hospital provided free eye check-ups to more than 800 poor people, policy beneficiaries and disabled people living in the town.
As a result, 85 of them who are cataract sufferers and trichiasis patients will get free eye operations at the hospital on Sept 24-25.
The eye operations is part of the program called “Bringing Sight to the Disadvantaged Blind”, which was launched to help poor patients with eye-diseases integrate into their community with more hope for a better life
