Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc highly praised the financial sector’s contributions to local economic development. He also stressed that further efforts should be made to boost administrative reform and modernize the budget collection to avoid inconvenience to local people and businesses.
Dong Nai’s annual budget collection is expected to make up 23-25 percent of GDP and increase at least 12 percent.
At the ceremony, many units and individuals were awarded certificates of merit of Ministry of Finance for their outstanding achievements.
