(ĐN)- National Assembly deputies of Dong Nai province including Mr. Duong Trung Quoc and Mrs. Truong Thi Thu Hang on Wednesday met with voters in Tan Phu district’s Tan Phu townlet and Dinh Quan district’s Phu Hoa commune to hear their concerns.
Local voters requested local authorities to increase checks of fertilizers and plant protection drugs and impose heavy penalties for poor quality fertilizers and drugs. They also complained about National Highway 20 being degraded which bears the load of the increasing number of vehicles causing traffic accident on the national highway and other matters.

At the meertings, delegates and representatives of local authorities answered questions and comments raised by the voters. The NA delegates promised that they would work with provincial authorities to find a solution to the urgent issues and give people reasonable answers to pressing problems.
On the same day, Huynh Tan Kiet, a National Assembly deputy from Dong Nai province also held meetings with voters in districts of Long Thanh and Nhon Trach.
Voters in these districts raised concerns over environmental degradation resulting from excessive exploitation of natural resources, the delay in granting of land ownership certificates for local residents and others.
