Presently, the province plans to assist owners of modified vehicles to convert to other jobs and means of transport. Accordingly, assistance packages would start at VND5 million and those who chose to replace their vehicles would receive VND9 million towards the purchase of a new vehicle.
The total cost of the project is estimated at more than VND25 billion.
