(ĐN)- A meeting was held by the Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the provincial Youth Union on April 27 to respond to the National Week for Clean Water and Environmental Hygiene.
At the meeting, the provincial Steering Committee for Safe Water and Environment Sanitation called for local agencies and youth unions at all levels to raise their awareness and responsibilities and take practical action for environmental protection. Main tasks were highlighted, including clearing the roads and public areas; protecting the environment at schools, enterprises and offices; and raising individual awareness of environmental protection by mobilizing all people to build civilized lifestyle. After the meeting, the participants took part in local environmental activities.
