Nam Cat Tien National Park actively involves in building rural roads

(ĐN)- More than 3 km out of total length of 5 km of road leading to hamlet 7 of Tan Phuc district’s Nam Cat Tien commune was asphalted in 2006. The construction cost was covered by the Government’s Program 135. The remaining length of the road of nearly 2km has also been constructed and put into use by late 2009. The construction cost of the remaining length of the road was contributed by local residents.

Besides, Nam Nam Cat Tien National Park has mobilized around VND 1.8 billion to build nine roads in hamlets of Nam Cat Tien commune. Of the total, 75 per cent was funded by State budget and the remaining 25 per cent was contributed by local residents.
