By the end of this year, every 100 residents will have 87 phones, exceeding the set target of 7 phones, and 23 Internet subscribers.
The province is expected to attract 1.7 million tourists this year, meeting its set target for 2009, up 17 per cent from last year. The result of this rise in tourism will gross earnings of VND295 billion, up nearly 19 per cent.
