(ĐN)- According to report of Vinh Cuu district’s authorities, there are 3,200 poor households in the district, accounting for nearly 13 per cent of the district’s total households.
(ĐN)- According to report of Vinh Cuu district’s authorities, there are 3,200 poor households in the district, accounting for nearly 13 per cent of the district’s total households. Of this figure, 109 households are living below the poverty line and 1,117 households are living close to the poverty line. The district has issued free health insurance cards to 14,567 poor people and provided the loans worth VND 10.27 billion for 700 poor households. The district is making efforts to bring 57 poor households out of poverty through helping them develop production, raise their incomes and improve their living standards. In addition, 200 people who are the poor and those close to the poverty line in the locality have been provided with vocational training.
