Provincial leader receives consul general of the Netherlands in HCM City

(ĐN)- On September 28, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai received Mr. Jos Schellaars, consul general of the Netherlands in HCM City who came to the province to learn about the investment environment and opportunities here.

At the reception, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai briefed Mr. Schellaars on the province’s social and economic development and Thai also introduced the guest with a list of projects calling for foreign investors in the province.

Currently, Holland has 7 investment projects in Dong Nai with a total registered capital of US$ 88 million.

Mr. Schellaars praised Dong Nais investment environment and he pledged to encourage Dutch businesses to invest in high-tech projects in the province in the coming time.

Mr. Schellaars also said that Mrs. Tineke Huizinga, Vice Minister for Transport, Public Works and Water Management of the Netherlands would visit Dong Nai to attend opening ceremony of new port of a Duth company located in the province in the coming time.
