Accordingly, the committees should offer scholarships, bicycles, clothes and notebooks to disadvantage students to create favorable conditions for their studies.

Earlier, provincial Fatherland Front Committee sent delegations to award Nguyen Huu Tho scholarships to disavantage students in difficult communes across the province. Particularly, the delegations gave 120 scholarships valued at VND60 million to poor students in Tan Phu district’s Phu An and Nui Tuong communes, Dinh Quan district’s Thanh Son commune, Cam My district’s Lam San and Thua Duc communes, Vinh Cuu district’s Ma Da commune.
Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Lien, Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented 15 bicycles worth more than VND10 million for students in Dinh Quan district’s Thanh Son commune.
