Dai A Commercial J.S Bank (DaiABank) and BIDV Securities Co will hold a conference with the theme of "Opportunities to invest in DaiABank" on July 11 in Dong Nai province. The bank filed to register to list its shares on the unlisted public company market (UpCom). The securities company will support the listing.
DaiABank has a registered capital of VND1 trillion (US$56.2 million). This year it is projects a pre-tax profit of VND170 billion ($30 million) and a cash dividend of 12 per cent. The bank plans to raise its equity to VND3 trillion ($53.4 million) by 2010.
