In this period, the elderly people associations at grassroots level have built and upgraded 43 houses for poor members, mobilized over VND197 million to award scholarships to the members’ children and outstanding poor students.
Over the past time, the association’s members actively contributed their ideas to the province’s socio-economic development plans.
