(ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Labor Union is now cooperating with related agencies to develop two housing projects for low-income laborers and state employees, said Vice Chairman of the Union Huynh Van Tinh.
The low-cost apartment complexes will cover a total area of 3.5 hectares and be built in Bien Hoa city’s Tan Hiep ward and Nhon Trach district. The projects will allow beneficiaries to buy an apartment for as little as VND200 million and pay on a 15-20 year instalment plan.
