Politburo member Truong Tan Sang pays working visit to Dong Nai

(ĐN)- On January 31, an official delegation led by Mr. Truong Tan Sang, member of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat, paid a working visit to Dong Nai province. Accompanying the delegation were Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour  Dang Ngoc Tung, Deputy Head of the Office of the Central Party Committee Nguyen Van Dang. Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh and the province’s leaders warmly welcomed the delegation.

At the working session, the leaders reported to the delegation on socio-economic situation of the province in 2008 and goals, tasks for 2009.

 

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Truong Tan Sang highly appreciated efforts made by Dong Nai in the past time. He also stressed that the province should focus on attracting investment in hi-tech, environmentally friendly projects to meet development demand in the next time.
