(ĐN)- The provincial department of Natural Resources and Environment has made proposal to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province to suspend operation of 19 industrial zones (IZs) lacking waste water treatment systems or those with overloaded waste water systems from January 1, 2009.
(ĐN)- The provincial department of Natural Resources and Environment has made proposal to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province to suspend operation of 19 industrial zones (IZs) lacking waste water treatment systems or those with overloaded waste water systems from January 1, 2009.
The following IZs will not be licensed for operation due to lack of waste water treatment systems: Ho Nai IZ, Song May IZ, Bau Xeo IZ, Thanh Phu IZ, Ong Keo IZ, Nhon Trach 3 IZ (First stage), Xuan Loc IZ, Nhon Trach 2 IZ, Loc Khang IZ, Nhon Trach 5 IZ, Agtex – Long Binh IZ, Dinh Quan IZ and Nhon Trach Textile and Garment IZ and the province will also suspend the operation of those with with overloaded waste water systems including Bien Hoa 1 IZ, Long Thanh IZ, Amata IZ, Loteco IZ, Tam Phuoc IZ and Nhon Trach 1 IZ.
These IZs will be suspended the operation till they build concentrated waste water treatment systems or upgrade overloaded waste water systems.
