Champion Football Team honored in Long Khanh

(ĐN)- After winning the Championship at the 6th Dong Nai Newspaper Children Football Cup, Long Khanh’s soccer team was honored by Long Khanh town’s People’s Committee on August 14.

(ĐN)- After winning the Championship at the 6^th Dong Nai Newspaper Children Football Cup, Long Khanh’s soccer team was honored by Long Khanh town’s People’s Committee on August 14. At the honoring ceremony, Vice Chairman of the townlet’s People’s Committee Vo Anh Dung presented VND 10 million to the soccer team while at the same time awarding certicates of merit to 2 units, 6 invidiuals and the coaching board.

Mr. Vo Anh Dung hands a symbolic check worth VND10 million to soccer team’s representative.

On behalf of Long Khanh’s Study Encouragement Association, Chairman of the Association Pham Van Hoang awarded certificates of merit to the soccer players and offered notebooks for them. He also presented a bicycle worth VND 800,000 to player Tran Xuan Ai who is living in difficult circumstance. Mr. Duc Man, on behalf of sponsors, handed over VND5 million to the team.

At the ceremony, Long Khanh town ’s training and education office announced that five players were chosen to enter the Xuan Loc senior high school where will create favorable conditions for them to study and train.
