State President Nguyen Minh Triet congratulated Le Van Kiem on receiving this honorary tittle. President Triet said that the award received by Le Van Kiem is also a proud for the Dong Nai Party Committee and people. He also spurred Kiem to make greater efforts to deserve the title of labour hero.
