Doctors at Thong Nhat General Hospital perform complex surgery to save patient’s life

The patient is looked after by the nursing staff who continue to care for him until discharge from hospital

(ĐN)- The male patient, Trinh Nam Tien from Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province was brought to Thong Nhat General Hospital at two oclock in the morning of 16th June 2008 in a serious condition. He received life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in the lung and heart. His life is in danger due to bleeding so much. The patient survived after surgical intervention. The surgery lasted two hours and a half and was performed by Dr. Nguyen Van Truyen, Dr. Do Quoc Tuyen, Dr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Dr. Truong Quang Hong and Dr. Van Cuong Phuc.
