Hand, foot, mouth disease on the rise in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- Cases of hand, food and mouth disease (HFMD) are on the rise in Dong Nai province. Dong Nai Paediatrics Hospital reported that every day, the hospital receives between 20 and 30 cases of HFMD on average.

(ĐN)- Cases of hand, food and mouth disease (HFMD) are on the rise in Dong Nai province. Dong Nai Paediatrics Hospital reported that every day, the hospital receives between 20 and 30 cases of HFMD on average. It was reported that during the recent days, only one child had a serious complication when he was brought to the hospital and had to be transferred to Paediatrics Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The number of HFMD cases reported in Dong Nai from the beginning of the year until now  rose to nearly 250, increasing by more than 10 times compared with that of the same period of the last year.
