(ĐN)- In the morning of March 5, 2008, the provincial Study Encouragement Association held a conference to honor 118 ‘fondness of learning’ families in the province. Vice Chairman of Viet Nam Study Encouragement Association Luong Ngoc Toan, Chairwoman of Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Lien and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga attended the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman Luong Ngoc Toan praised the efforts made by the families and their children who have overcome difficulties to gain good studying achievements and become useful citizens to society in future. He suggested that the association should continue to strengthen the province’s study encouragement activities in the next period, help outstanding poor students and commend ‘fondness of learning’ families
At the conference, Vice Chairman Huynh Thi Nga honored these families who have participated in community activities and worked hard to encourage their children to study hard at school. She also hoped that the children will continue to strive to achieve the best results in their studying.
On this occasion, 118 ‘fondness of learning’ families were awarded certificates of merit by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.
