(ĐN)- According to Department of Construction, from the year of 2001 up to now, Dong Nai has licensed more than 260 housing development projects with a total area of 4,492 hectares and a combined registered capital of over VND23,750 billion. The figure included VND5,648 billion of housing construction capital and nearly VND18,110 billion of investment capital for infrastructure construction. Particularly, Nhon Trach district registered 33 projects worth VND6,942 billion, Bien Hoa city with 94 projects at a cost of VND6,723 billion, and Long Thanh district with 40 projects worth VND5,584 billion, etc. When these projects finish, they will supply more than 13.5 million square meters of housing to 774,000 people.
