(ĐN)- Dinh Quan district’s study encouragement association has awarded 128 scholarships “Vuon toi tuong lai” (rise up the future) to outstanding poor students and children of ethnic minorities living in the district. Accordingly, 11 scholarships worth VND600,000 each were awarded to high school students, 57 others valued at VND500,000 granted to students at junior high school level, and the remaining scholarships worth VND300,000 - VND400,000 offered to primary pupils.
