(ĐN)- Late last week, the Dong Nai Port Joint- Stock Company held an
inauguration of its new container wharf in Phuoc Thai Commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province. The new wharf is constructed in the Go Dau A Port with a total investment of VND 27 billion. The wharf, which is designed to accommodate ships of up to 10,000 tonnes, is the first of its kind to be built in the province to serve import-export activities of enterprises in the area. It is 110m long, 22m wide.The Dong Nai Port Joint- Stock Company is planning to build two new wharfs for 5000-ton ships in Go Dau A Port from now until 2008 according to the plan approved by the Government.
