On May 28, a delegation including Buddhist monks and nuns and followers of Khanh Lam and Bao Hue pagodas in Thong Nhat district visited and offered 200 gifts worth VND 12 million to families who were impacted by the storm.

Until now, local authorities and many delegations from social and charity organisations have organised visits and gave gifts to families of whirlwind victims with a total value of nearly VND 80 million in order to help people in the disaster-stricken area to stabilise their lives.
