(ĐN) At its annual meeting on April, 20, Bien Hoa Packaging J.S Company (Sovi) has announced that the company will raise its chartered capital from VND39 billion to VND54 billion this year. Accordingly, Sovi will invest to build a new factory with capacity of 10,000 tonnes/year and expand production.
Sovi is estimated to reach the capacity of 32,800 tonnes this year, 3,900 tonnes higher than that of last year. In 2007, it expects to achieve VND8.5 billion in profit from turnover of more than VND252 billion (up VND27 billion compared with 2006) and pay a dividend of 12 per cent. The employees’ average income in the company is more than VND2.8 million a month. Besides, Sovi plans to participate in securities market in the next time.
