Addressing the ceremony, Minister of Post and Telematics Do Trung Ta said the one million subscriptions marked an important development step of EVN Telecom and also helped it implement the strategy "power connecting".
He stated that EVN Telecom was an important channel in bringing information technology to isolated and remote areas, contributing to national integration.
