(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Intermediate-Level Medical School recently organized a graduation ceremony for graduates of the school year 2004-2006 majoring in nursing and pharmacy.
(ĐN)- The
Degrees awarded to 311 students at the ceremony, 119 of whom received nursing degrees and 192 received pharmacy degrees. Among these graduates, 10 students were rated good, and 96 were rated fair.
However, the current training of nursing and pharmaceutical personnel is not enough to meet the needs of the health sector in Dong Nai. Currently, the sector employs 2,200 nurses and midwives. The provincial health sector needs additional 3,200 medical workers including nursing and midwives.
