The outstanding officials are chosen from 171 people who are responsible for population, family and children in the communes of the province. Although facing many difficulties in the implement of their tasks in remote areas, the officials have worked happily and enthusiastically and completed their tasks successfully.
The ceremony will take place in two days from 25 to 26 December in Ha Noi to encourage and honour the officials of the local Committees for Population, Family and Children.
