((ĐN)- The 17th Golden Pen and the 3rd “Duong Tu Giang” Prizes award ceremony was held late last week by Dong Nai Journalist Association in the presence of Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga.

“Duong Tu Giang” Prize is awarded once each five years by the provincial People’s Committee for leaders, journalists who have made positive contributions to the provincial newspaper’s development and reporters who won many press prizes. This year, the prize was awarded to Chairman of Ho Chi Minh city People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan, Head of Department of Propaganda and Training of the provincial Party Committee Huynh Van Toi, Former Head of Department of Propaganda and Training Duong Thanh Tan and reporters of Trung Tien, Xuan Phu, Kim Loan, Phuong Lieu, Phong Vu, Kim Tuan, Thu Trang in Dong Nai Newspapers, Mai Song Be, Quoc Sang in Dong Nai Radio and Television, Nguyen Nam Ngu and Thai Hai in Dong Nai Literature and Arts Magazine.
On this occasion, Dong Nai Journalist Association has awarded one second prize (without first prize), two third prizes and eight consolidation prizes to the 17th Golden Pen Prize winners.
