During the visit to Dong Nai, the delegation held intensive discussions with Dong Nai Department of Education and Training. Mr. Le Minh, Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training signed a Memorandum of Understanding for educational cooperation with Mr. Ko Young Chin during the discussion meeting. The arrangement will facilitate a broad range of co-operative endeavours as well as promoting exchanges of students, teachers, researchers and officials.
