Nhon Trach to become central urban area with modern architecture

(ĐN)- On the morning of August 3, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot had a working session with representatives of Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd, a Singapore company wants to take part in designing the future Nhon Trach urban area.

According to the latest draft of the project is introduced by Surbana, Nhon Trach urban area will cover an area of 600 hectares and connect with Nhon Trach industrial zones that built on area of 2,700 hectares. This will be the urban area which has an exchange relationship with Ho Chi Minh city, Bien Hoa city and Vung Tau. Accordingly, industrial parks, high-rise buildings and apartments will be built to serve local residents. Besides, construction of conference centers, commercial centers, entertainment zones is also suggested.     

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot said that Nhon Trach urban center has to be designed modern and keep pace with cities in the other countries in Southeast Asia.   The province’s leaders is considering to select a consultant company who will plan and design the project. Surbana specializes in telecom, financial services, real estate, transport, infrastructure, technology and some other areas. This competence, and the company’s experience, is able to help it win the tender.
