The branch is established on the basis of reorganizing Dong Nai provincial Development Assistance Fund (DAF). It aims to implement the State’s policies on development investment credit and export credit. According to the decision signed by Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, VDB and its branches including Dong Nai branch operates not for profit. The bank would implement the policies on development investment credit and export credit, such as development investment loan, investment credit guarantee and support after investment. As known, sources for implementation of these credit policies are the bank’s charter capital, State funds and ODA capital entrusted by the Government.
