The training course was officially opened on December 27 at the meeting-hall of the Provincial Market Management Agency. The course took place in December 27-28. The training course attracted more than 50 participants who were cadres and managerial staff from Dong Nai Trade Department, export promotion organizations in the provincial districts and townlets and Bien Hoa city.
