46,708 ATM cards issued by Dong Nai Branch of Vietcombank

ATM users were drawing money at automatic teller machine of the branch

(ĐN)- From the beginning of 2005 until July 20, Dong Nai Branch of Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) has issued 46,708 ATM cards, up 200% over the same period of 2004.

Vietcombank’s Dong Nai Branch is one of the local branches which enlarge service of using ATM cards. To date, 14 automatic teller machines were installed by the branch at the following locations: 2 machines at the branch’s head office, 1 in Big C Super market, 2 in Dong Khoi Street , 2 in Tan Mai ward, 2 in Nhon Trach and 1 in Song May Industrial Zone. Most of the ATMs operated efficiently and increased the trust of service users.

At present, many units and enterprises in local industrial zones pay salaries for their employees through Vietcombank’s ATM cards.
