(ĐN)- In the afternoon of May 19, a ground-breaking ceremony of mini football-ground NikeGo Place was held in the Dong Nai stadium. The following representatives being present at this ceremony were Mr. Huynh Van Toi as Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thao as Director of the Dong Nai Gymnastics and Sport Department and Mrs. Amanda Tucker as General Director of Vietnam Nike representative office and her partners with their factories located in the local. The mini football ground is built next to Dong Nai stadium.

(ĐN)- In the afternoon of May 19, a ground-breaking ceremony of mini football-ground NikeGo Place was held in the Dong Nai stadium. The following representatives being present at this ceremony were Mr. Huynh Van Toi as Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thao as Director of the Dong Nai Gymnastics and Sport Department and Mrs. Amanda Tucker as General Director of Vietnam Nike representative office and her partners with their factories located in the local. The mini football ground is built next to Dong Nai stadium. This project is a part of programme with its subject of "recycling Nike footwear" as proposed by the Nike group. The programme is a significant action of long-term commitment to reject solid waste and complete a plan of recycling Nike footwear and waste raw materials.
"The progamme has been started to implement since 1993. Accordingly, 170 sports fields called as NikeGo Place have been financed to build in many countries over the world. The latest one has just built in Beijing, China. At present, another one starts here". Mrs. Amanda Tucker told.
"During past time, Vietnam Nike Company and their partners have financed many football matches of Junior High Schools in the province. They together with the local related organizations have contributed their efforts to discover young talented footballers in the local. At the same time, there is an interesting entertainment place for students of Junior High Schools. Consequently, they will enjoy good health and learn better". Mr. Huynh Van Toi stated his opinion.
Construction of this football-ground in Dong Nai is financed by Vietnam Nike representaive office and their partners. It is expected to complete in September by 2005.
