Dong Nai’s most modern resettlement area under Long Thanh airport project

Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area has an area of over 280 hectares in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, with more than 5,000 land lots. The project started construction in April 2020 and was put into use at the end of 2021, serving the resettlement of people who gave up land for Long Thanh Airport.

The resettlement area has 2 component projects: construction of technical infrastructure system and construction of social infrastructure system.

Up to now, the component project of construction of technical infrastructure system of Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area has completed 21 packages.

The component project of construction of social infrastructure system of Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area has 11 construction packages corresponding to 11 works. Many schools have been put into operation, some schools and markets are still under construction.

The construction unit continues to complete the infrastructure in Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area.

During many working trips of Party and State leaders to Dong Nai, they spent time visiting and encouraging people in Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area. Most recently, on November 13, Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC), and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education visited people in the Loc An-Binh Son resettlement area.
