In recent months, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and its affiliated branches have collaborated with the consulting unit to complete land measurements and boundary markings for land acquisition under the project. At the same time, the Center is finalizing documentation to submit to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Registration Office for internal review (data processing and map preparation), which is expected to be completed before November 25, 2025.
Branches of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center have completed the inventory of crops and assets on the land belonging to the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve and the Bu Dang Protective Forest Management Board.
To accelerate progress and hand over the site to the construction unit, in parallel with measurement work, the Provincial Land Development Center has instructed the assigned branches to carry out compensation and support tasks in collaboration with relevant agencies. These tasks include conducting inventories of assets, crops, and structures on the land.
According to the approved plan, the Compensation, Support, and Resettlement Project for the Ma Da Bridge Construction will involve acquiring nearly 2 hectares of land in Tri An and Tan Loi communes, Dong Nai Province. The project has a total investment of almost 3.8 billion VND and is scheduled for implementation from 2025 to 2027.
In August 2025, Dong Nai Province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Ma Da Bridge Construction Project. The project’s starting point connects with Provincial Road 753 in Tan Loi Commune, while its endpoint lies along a trail within the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve, in Tri An Commune, Dong Nai Province.
The Ma Da Bridge will span more than 580 meters, featuring a design with four motorized lanes and two non-motorized lanes, with a design speed of 80 km/h. The approach roads at both ends will match the scale of the bridge, including a central median and earthen shoulders on both sides. The total investment for the project exceeds 130 billion VND.
The construction of Ma Da Bridge aims to establish an intra-provincial transportation link within Dong Nai (formerly Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces), creating a seamless transport network across the province. This initiative will help form an inter-regional transport corridor connecting the Central Highlands provinces with Long Thanh International Airport and the Cai Mep–Thi Vai deep-water port, thereby enhancing interprovincial logistics infrastructure, supporting industrial zones, and promoting local socio-economic development.
