The Government and the PM issued eight legal documents, including six Decrees and two Decisions in April 2019, according to the press announcement of the Ministry of Justice.
Decree No. 31/2019/NĐ-CP, including four chapters and 25 articles, guidelines for the implementation of the Law on Denunciation.
Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP stipulates on assigning tasks, ordering or bidding to supply public products and services using the State budget from the source of regular expenditures.
