Decree No. 104/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government defines penalties for administrative violations against regulations disaster preparedness, operation and protection of hydraulic structures and flood control systems.
The Decree stipulates administrative violations, sanction forms and measures to overcome consequences of administrative violations against regulations disaster preparedness, operation and protection of hydraulic structures and flood control systems.
