Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has urged ministries, localities and State-owned enterprises (SOEs) to implement the Government’s Decree No. 81/215/ND-CP on disclosure of SOEs’ information.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment was asked to report to the Prime Minister a list of enterprises which fail to do the task and propose punishments on violations.
The ministry will supervise and speed up the implementation of the Decree among ministries, localities, and economic groups and corporate as well as make periodical reports on the information disclosure of SOEs to submit to the PM.
