(ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Department of Transport has issued document on the new process of changing cardboard driving licenses into PET material driving licenses
Accordingly, holders of car and A4 class driving licenses have to renew their licenses before December 31, 2016. As for term-less driving license (A1, A2, A3 classes) holders, the drivers have to renew their licenses before December 31, 2016.
Cardboard driving licenses users will have to take theory tests to change their licenses 6 months after the above-mentioned dates.
