Director Vien Hong Tien of Dong Nai provincial Department of Justice emphasized that at the training session to popularize the law on December 30
The training session aimed to popularize basic content of the law which is approved by National Assembly on November 20, 2014, discuss some issues related to the changes of the law, etc in order to ensure the effective implementation of the law in the localities when it takes effect.
The Law is designed to ensure the legal frameworks on civil status, family records and citizen identity are harmonized. It will also avoid overlaps in State management of ministries and agencies, thus preventing wastefulness and guaranteeing user-friendliness.
