Over 3,600 workers at a Dong Nai enterprise receive Lunar New Year bonuses averaging 21 million VND each

On February 3, over 3,600 officials and employees of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company (Amata City Bien Hoa Industrial Park, Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province) were joyful and excited when receiving Lunar New Year bonuses with an average level of over 21 million VND per person transferred to ATM accounts, a bonus level higher than the previous year by about 16%.

In addition to Lunar New Year bonuses, the grassroots trade union and the company’s leadership continued to present Lunar New Year gifts to all union members and workers, valued at 1 million VND per person, including cash and gifts. In the series of activities caring for union members and workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, the company’s leadership and the grassroots trade union visited, presented gifts, and extended Lunar New Year greetings to 30 union members and workers in difficult circumstances at boarding houses, with each case receiving gifts worth 5 million VND.

Activities caring for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year became even more meaningful as they took place on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - 2026).

According to Nguyen Van Hoang, General Director of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, the company has signed orders for 2026 to ensure continued stable production and employment for its workers. To encourage productivity, the company will reward employees who report to work on the first day after the Tet holiday with 500,000 VND per person, and those who are present for 7 consecutive days after reopening with 1.4 million VND per person. The company has also launched a first-quarter 2026 emulation movement. Under this program, production units that meet or exceed revenue targets will receive rewards ranging from 500 thousand VND to 1 million VND per person per month.
