Thousands of Dong Nai workers delighted to receive Tet gifts from the trade union

In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, the atmosphere at enterprises across Dong Nai has become more festive and heartwarming as thousands of workers and employees joyfully receive meaningful Tet gifts from the trade union organization.

Specifically, on January 29, at Freewell Viet Nam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province), to promptly encourage workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, the Trade Union Executive Committee organized the presentation of Tet gifts to more than 7 thousand trade union members. The gifts included Tet cakes and essential goods. Many workers happily received gifts from trade union officials after finishing their shifts. Previously, the grassroots trade union organized the program Tet sum vay - Xuan on Dang (Tet Reunion – Spring Gratitude to the Party) with many cultural and artistic activities, lucky draws, and the presentation of hundreds of gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

At Far Eastern New Apparel (Vietnam) Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province), the grassroots Trade Union presented nearly 3.5 thousand gift packages to Trade Union members, valued at about 350 thousand VND per package, with a total implementation cost of more than 1 billion VND. In addition, the grassroots Trade Union will coordinate with the company’s Board of Directors to organize the Tet sum vay contest, creating a healthy playground and strengthening solidarity among workers.

Nguyen Thi Mai Chi, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Far Eastern New Apparel (Vietnam) Ltd., said that on the evening of January 29, as many workers were working overtime, the grassroots Trade Union would distribute gifts directly to workers until 21:00. Although the gifts are small, they serve as meaningful encouragement for Trade Union members as Tet approaches and spring arrives. In addition to the Tet gifts from the Trade Union, the company allocated 29 billion VND in Tet bonuses for workers. Earlier in January 2026, the company implemented salary increases for all staff and employees, resulting in a 6% increase. Office staff received a 6 percent raise. The company also introduced a special seniority bonus policy for workers in 2026.

At Global PowerSports Manufacturing Incorporation in Trang Bom commune, the grassroots Trade Union presented more than 1,300 Tet gift packages to Trade Union members. Many workers could not hide their joy and happiness upon receiving these meaningful gifts after their shifts. Le Tan Tai, a company worker, shared: “The meaningful gift from the Trade Union helps bring a warmer and more sufficient Tet to workers.”

At enterprises such as Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, and Pou Chen Vietnam Enterprise Ltd., thousands of workers joyfully received meaningful Tet gifts from grassroots Trade Unions, including essential goods, soft drinks, and Tet cakes. For workers, especially those from other provinces who remain in Dong Nai to celebrate Tet, each gift helps make the holiday season warm and meaningful.
