Promoting solidarity and renewing activities for workers

On the afternoon of November 13, the grassroots Trade Union of the Dong Nai Rubber Corporation organized its 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

During the 2023–2025 term, the grassroots Trade Union of the Office of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation effectively fulfilled its representative role, working closely with professional departments to organize production and ensure the material and spiritual well-being of officials and employees. With an average monthly income of 16 million VND per person, a 40% increase compared to the previous term, trade union members at the Office not only enjoy stable livelihoods but also feel secure in their commitment and contributions.

One of the highlights of the term is the spirit of innovation in organizing patriotic emulation movements. The grassroots Trade Union of the Office advised and launched 12 emulation rounds, commending more than 1,000 collectives and 3,000 outstanding individuals, with a total commendation budget of over 31 billion VND.

Speaking at the congress, Truong Thi Hue Minh, Deputy General Director, Chairwoman of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Trade Union, emphasized: “In the upcoming term, the grassroots Trade Union of the Office needs to continue promoting the spirit of innovation and solidarity, placing workers at the center, contributing to enhancing the position of the Trade Union organization in the new era”.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots Trade Union of the Office sets out to continue renewing its content and working methods; promoting grassroots democracy; strengthening the application of information technology in administration and connecting members; promoting creative labor and green - clean - beautiful - safe movements; and taking more comprehensive care of workers both materially and spiritually.

The congress elected a new Executive Committee consisting of five members and selected a delegation to attend the Trade Union Congress of the Corporation, including 19 official delegates and one alternate delegate.
